By accessing or using the NexusIDE platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you must not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Service, or shared areas of the Service you haven't been invited to.
• Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NexusIDE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall NexusIDE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
